Europe’s time, the coat of arms for the tournament of nowadays people, was alive in the XVIth century Brasov. At the beginning there were the trades, schools, books, and then merchants who built schools. Things were becoming clearer both for local people and foreigners. For us, people from Kronstadt, Brasso or Brasov, or coming from other parts of Romania, the soul of the city lives in the pages of old books and photos.”

Today, local people try to revive old times, praising more than ever the inheritance they received. A town with history is a living town. As time went by, Brasov became an important cultural, business and academic centre.

Situated in the heart of the country, surrounded by mountains, the town of Brasov became a visual show due to its natural scenery and his medieval origins. It remains one of the best conserved medieval towns from Europe, being an international touristic sight. The touristic attractions and cultural events make the town a great host for foreigners and Romanian tourists.

THE BELLEVUE RESIDENCE CONCEPT

An ultra exclusive project in Romania, Bellevue Residence is situated in Brasov. With an ideal location, situated in the middle of the town – on the Warthe Hill – but still far enough from the town’s alert rhythm, Bellevue Residence took over its name after the rare view above the outlines of Brasov and Bârsa County.

The initial concept wanted to create a lifestyle and distinct ambiance, in a special location, by putting together harmoniously the architectural line of the buildings with the nature surrounding the complex.

The 9 multi-suite buildings are designed and built so that they satisfy the life standards of our most demanding clients. The buildings from Bellevue Residence were conceived with three basic elements in mind: harmony, luxury and identity of personal space, so that the dwellers receive maximum comfort.
